Every SS product carries a manufacturer's warranty against failure and manufacturing defects. Washing machines carry a 5 year warranty on the wash motor; atta makers carry 1 year product warranty plus 5 years motor warranty. The exact term for any other model is printed on the warranty card in the box and shown on the product page.

To raise a claim, email service@samnovaelectronics.com or call +91 92431 26662 with the model name, the serial number, your invoice or order number and a short description of the fault. You are given a service request number and an engineer from the nearest authorised centre is assigned, normally within 48 working hours.

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and normally delivered in 3 to 7 working days, depending on the pincode. Remote and hill locations can take longer. A tracking number is sent by SMS and email as soon as the consignment leaves the warehouse, and can be checked any time on the order tracking page.

Delivery is free on orders above ₹999. Below that, a flat charge of ₹199 applies and is shown at checkout before you pay. There is no extra charge for a large appliance.

Yes. Every order ships with a compliant GST tax invoice showing the HSN code, the taxable value, the rate and the CGST/SGST or IGST split, together with our GSTIN and the place of supply.

To claim input credit, enter your GSTIN at checkout. It is validated and printed on the invoice. It cannot be added afterwards — an invoice, once issued, cannot be reissued with different particulars — so please enter it before you pay.

Yes, on orders up to ₹50,000, to pincodes our courier partners service for COD. The option appears at checkout when your order qualifies. We may verify the order by phone before dispatch. For a COD order, any later refund is made by bank transfer to an account in the name of the person who placed the order.

You can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product has a manufacturing defect, arrived damaged, is the wrong model, or is missing a part listed as being in the box. Report it with your order number and photographs of the product and the carton.

Large appliances cannot be returned on change of mind once delivered and accepted, so please check the model, capacity and dimensions before ordering — our team will confirm any of it for you beforehand. After 7 days, the product is covered by its warranty rather than by the return policy.

SS service is delivered through authorised service centres and field engineers. Rather than sending you to find the right counter, we assign an engineer from the centre covering your pincode when you raise a request — which is also what keeps the warranty record attached to your invoice.
