Before you write
The questions customer care answers most often.
Every SS product carries a manufacturer's warranty against failure and manufacturing defects. Washing machines carry a 5 year warranty on the wash motor; atta makers carry 1 year product warranty plus 5 years motor warranty. The exact term for any other model is printed on the warranty card in the box and shown on the product page.
To raise a claim, email service@samnovaelectronics.com or call +91 92431 26662 with the model name, the serial number, your invoice or order number and a short description of the fault. You are given a service request number and an engineer from the nearest authorised centre is assigned, normally within 48 working hours.
Televisions and air conditioners include installation and demonstration by an authorised engineer, scheduled after delivery — normally within 48 working hours. Washing machines, cooktops and atta makers are ready to use out of the box, though we will arrange a demonstration if you would like one.
Please do not unpack or wall-mount a television before the engineer arrives. Damage caused during self-installation is not covered by the warranty.
SS service is delivered through authorised service centres and field engineers. Rather than sending you to find the right counter, we assign an engineer from the centre covering your pincode when you raise a request — which is also what keeps the warranty record attached to your invoice.
