What the SS warranty covers, what it does not, and how to raise a claim or book a service visit.

Warranty & Support

Every SS product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty against failure and manufacturing defects. The exact term depends on the product and is printed on the warranty card supplied in the box and on the product page.

Published warranty terms

  • Washing machines — 5 Years Warranty on the Wash Motor.
  • Atta makers — 1 Year Product Warranty plus 5 Years Motor Warranty.
  • All other products — as stated on the warranty card in the box.

What is covered

Failure and manufacturing defects in the product, during the warranty period, in normal domestic use.

What is not covered

  • Accidental or physical damage, including a cracked panel, a dented cabinet or a burnt component.
  • Damage from an external cause — a voltage surge, water ingress, fire, pests or transport by anyone other than our delivery partner.
  • Damage from misuse, from use outside the rated supply, or from repair or modification by anyone not authorised by us.
  • Consumables and normal wear — cooling pads, filters, knobs, remote batteries.
  • Any unit whose warranty sticker or serial label is missing, altered or unreadable.

How to raise a claim

Email service@samnovaelectronics.com or call +91 92431 26662 between 9:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday to Saturday, with:

  1. the model name and serial number;
  2. your invoice or order number;
  3. a short description of the fault, with a photograph or a short video where it helps.

You will be given a service request number. An engineer from the nearest authorised service centre is assigned and will contact you to arrange a visit.

Installation and demonstration

Televisions and air conditioners include installation and demonstration by an authorised engineer. Please do not unpack or attempt to wall-mount a television before the engineer arrives — damage during self-installation is not covered by the warranty. Washing machines, cooktops and atta makers are ready to use out of the box; call us if you would like a demonstration.
