Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it from Samnova Electronics Pvt Ltd. By placing an order you accept them.

Products and descriptions

We describe every product as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative: colours vary between screens, and accessories shown for illustration are not included unless the "in the box" list says so. Specifications may be improved by the manufacturer without notice. If a delivered product differs materially from its description, it is covered by the return and replacement policy.

Prices and taxes

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The tax component is shown separately on the invoice.
• The MRP shown struck through is the manufacturer's maximum retail price; the price you pay is the one shown beside it.
• Prices and offers can change at any time before an order is placed.
• If a price or a specification is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply on the wrong terms. You will be told before anything is dispatched.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when you place it. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where a pincode is not serviceable, where a payment cannot be verified, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or resale in breach of these terms.

Payment

We accept the methods shown at checkout. The cart is priced again on our own server at checkout; an amount submitted by a browser is never trusted. A cash-on-delivery order may be subject to a maximum value and to phone verification.

GST invoice

Every order is invoiced with GST. To claim input credit, enter a valid GSTIN at checkout — it is printed on the invoice and cannot be added afterwards, because an invoice, once issued, cannot be reissued with different particulars.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is governed by the shipping policy, returns by the return and replacement policy, cancellations and refunds by the cancellation and refund policy, and warranty by the warranty and support page. Each forms part of these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you believe it has been used without your permission.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site, probe or scan it, interfere with its operation, scrape it in bulk, or use it to publish anything unlawful, abusive or misleading. Reviews must describe your own genuine experience of a product.

Intellectual property

The SS brand, the site's content, photography and product copy belong to Samnova Electronics Pvt Ltd and may not be copied or reused commercially without written permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights under Indian consumer protection law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
