This policy explains what personal data Samnova Electronics Pvt Ltd collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Account and order details — your name, phone number, email address, delivery and billing addresses, and your GSTIN if you give us one.
- Order history — what you bought, when, and what it cost.
- Support records — the enquiries, service requests and chat messages you send us, and our replies.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you view, used to keep the site secure and to understand which pages are useful.
We do not store your card number, UPI PIN or net banking credentials. Payments are handled entirely by the payment gateway; we only ever see whether a payment succeeded and a reference for it.
Why we use it
To take and deliver your order, to raise a compliant GST invoice, to provide warranty and service support, to answer your enquiries, to detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet our legal and tax obligations. We send marketing messages only where you have asked for them, and every one carries a way to stop.
Who we share it with
Only with those who need it to do their part: our logistics partners (to deliver your order), our payment gateways (to take payment), our authorised service centres (to attend a warranty claim), our SMS, WhatsApp and email providers (to send you order updates), and government authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as tax and company law requires. Account details are kept while your account is open. Support records are kept while they may still be needed for a warranty claim. Technical and security logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Passwords are stored hashed and are never readable, by us or by anyone else. Administrative access requires two-factor authentication and is logged. Stored credentials and keys are encrypted at rest.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — your session, your cart, your wishlist and security tokens — and, where you allow it, cookies that help us measure how the site is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, but the cart and the checkout will not work without the necessary ones.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep, or withdraw your consent to marketing at any time. Write to us and we will respond.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

If this policy changes materially, the updated version is published on this page with a new date.
